Draft at brewery. Solid sweet stout that is easy to drink though it leaves a very slight off taste in the finish. Black body with a nice tan head that didn’t stick around. The nose was full of roasted malt, chocolate and a hint of coffee. The flavor was moderately sweet and moderately bitter and lightly to moderately acidic. A coffee-like bitterness stuck around for awhile. Tastes of sweet milk, char, licorice and a metallic aftertaste. Medium body, average carbonation. Soft texture. Very nice.
