Gooze Cruze contains Boneyard's proprietary wild yeast culture and is aged in Seguin Moreau foeders. This creates a complex and balanced version of a traditional Oude Gueuze Lambic. Carbonation is achieved through a secondary fermentation in the bottle.

Copenhagen Beer Celebration Boston: pours golden with a white head . Aroma is vinegar and. Funk. Taste is sour and quite funky. It was an interesting beer with nice complexity. One of the few, if any, American lambics I tried.
