ale characterized by very pronounced fruity and spicy flavors and aromas.
Our recipe uses a traditional mix of wheat and barley processed in the

Sampled from a Party Pig (plastic mini-keg). Nice big aroma - wheat malt, ripe bananas, apples and cloves. Clear light amber color with nice big lacy white head - beautiful. Slightly sweet banana, clove and wheat malt flavor. Very nice full body unlike most Kristallweizens. Excellent example of the style - better than most you’ll find anywhere.
