Sample at the brewpub. Cloudy yellow color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Aroma of peach, wheat and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of sweet-tart peach, wheat, yeast and doughy malt. The finish is tart with a peach and citrus aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Draft at HOMES. Pours an unclear straw gold color with a finger of white foam. Peach and guava aromas in the palate. A touch herbal. Crisp and clean. Light bodied. Good spritzy carbonation. Sweetarts, yellow peach flavors. Mildly tart finish with fuzzy peach skin notes.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a cloudy yellow orange with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lactose and graham cracker with a nice tart peach backing. Flavor has graham cracker and vanilla up front that pairs well with tart peach.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 2/25/2019. Pours very hazy deep golden amber color with a 1 finger dense and fluffy off white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big juicy/fairly tart/tangy peaches, apricot, fruit skin/pits, mandarin orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, red/green apple, white grape/wine, citrus peel/zest, hay, straw, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, and biscuit dough; with light notes of honey, peppercorn, pine, lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of peaches, fruity/acidic yeast, citrus/fruity/tropical hops, lactose, vanilla, and pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of huge juicy/fairly tart/tangy peaches, apricot, fruit skin/pits, mandarin orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, red/green apple, white grape/wine, citrus peel/zest, hay, straw, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, and biscuit dough; with light notes of honey, peppercorn, pine, lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang; and light pine, herbal, floral, grassy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy peaches, apricot, fruit skin/pits, mandarin orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, biscuit dough, light pepper/pine/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a while. Amazing complexity, robustness, and balance of peaches, fruity/acidic yeast, citrus/fruity/tropical hops, lactose, vanilla, and pale/wheat malt flavors; with an amazing malt/lactose/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with no pucker/astringency after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering tartness and tangy fruit after the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/bready/grainy, fairly acidic/tangy, and lightly sticky mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol for 6%. Overall this is an amazing sour milkshake IPA! All around incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of peaches, fruity/acidic yeast, citrus/fruity/tropical hops, lactose, vanilla, and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the mellowly acidic/tangy/drying finish. Amazingly soft feel, and not overly lactic. Amazing Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe profile. Perfectly balanced juicy/jammy fruit/hops and lacto; with vanilla, lactose, malts. A touch of dankness. Not overly sweet from lingering dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and amazing top tier style example.
