Ingrediënten:
water, gerstemout, Heliaros tarwe, St Jans rogge, Rode Ebner spelt, hop, wilde huiscultuur.
Batch #5 (5.5% ABV) gebotteld op 27-06-2019.

Tap at the source. Hazy yellow golden with white head. Dry, wheaty, grainy, light peachy, sourbread yeasty, soft herbs, milky chalky touch. Moderate sweet, faint sour touch and a smooth but quite deep bitter gamma. Medium body and soft carbonation. Bit fine sandy mouthfeel. This is really nice.
Speaking to the brewer Erve has evolved into a milder beer, the yeast is also evolving, and the beer has intentionally become more bitter.
