The Gosnells of London, is our signature line, reflecting our ethos to make the best mead from the best honeys.
This recipe, first developed by Tom in 2013 has been honed by the whole team over the years and is now practically perfect (at least we think so!)
Gosnells of London is created by using honey from an area predominantly full of Orange Blossom, giving the final mead a light, crisp citrus flavour.
