Whirl Domination is the first IPA to be brewed in our shiny new brewhouse in Svinninge, so naturally, we were curious as to what our new baby could do! We pushed the hops to the limit, packing in as much aroma as possible to this fresh AF beauty. Thus begins a new era of our hoppy world domination - drink it, and embrace the future…

Can at home. Pours an unclear dark orange colour with an off-white head. Aroma of grapefruit, orange peel, flowers, peaches, pine and grass. Flavour of pine, grapefruit and peaches. Grass in the end. Has a slick and slightly silky mouth feel, medium body and soft bitterness. Fruity and hoppy. A little light flavour for the style.

Can at home. Hazy yellow to light orange color. Medium sized white head that lasts for a decent while. Aroma is lovely hoppy, old school hoppiness, light tropical fruit behind a layer of piney resinous hops, supported by a very solid malt base. Flavor is similar, with pleasant malt and hop bitterness and lingering resinous hoppy flavors. Quite awesome this one. A rarity these days, even though it could still use a bit more old school bitters. Medium body, fairly soft carbonation. Very pleasant, thoroughly enjoyed this one.

Small white head over unclear yellow beer. Exotic fruit (passion, pineapple, grapefruit, guava,...) and asafoetida; hints of almonds, rosewater, lupulin. More exotic fruit and asafoetida; resin obvious. Piney notes, conifer; banana in the finish. good MF, chewy, rounded; titillating carbonation. Very good IPA! Congrats to the new brewery! Txs to Stef!
