Aromas of big juicy/tart/tangy peach, blueberry, fruit skin/seed, lemon, lime, orange, pear, apricot, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, white bread dough, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of peach, blueberry, fruity/acidic yeast, lactose, and pale/wheat malt notes; with big strength. Taste of big juicy/tart/tangy peach, blueberry, fruit skin/seed, lemon, lime, orange, pear, apricot, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, white bread dough, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang, and spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy peach, blueberry, fruit skin/seed, lemon, lime, orange, pear, apricot, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, white bread dough, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a while. Fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of peach, blueberry, fruity/acidic yeast, lactose, and pale/wheat malt flavors; with a fantastic malt/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with no puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering tartness and tangy fruit. Light-medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/grainy, and fairly acidic/tangy/tannic mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol for 6.2%. Overall this is a fantastic fruited milkshake Berliner. All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of peach, blueberry, fruity/acidic yeast, lactose, and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and refreshing to drink with the mellowly acidic/tangy/tannic/drying finish. Great soft feel for the style, and mellowly lactic. Amazingly balanced juicy/jammy fruits and Lacto complexity; with perfectly balanced lactose and pale/wheat malts against acidity. Light residual sweetness with lingering acidic/tangy dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and outstanding spot on style example as expected of the brewery.
