Aromas of big sour/tart/tangy raspberry, blackberry, blueberry, strawberry, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, peach, plum, pear, apricot, red/green apple, currant, red grape/wine, sea salt, hay, straw, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, biscuit dough, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of berries, fruity/acidic yeast, vanilla, lactose, and pale/wheat malt notes; with big strength. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering tart/sourness and tangy fruit. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/grainy, fairly acidic/tangy/tannic, and lightly saline mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.2%. Overall this is an amazing fruited milkshake sour! All around incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of berries, fruity/acidic yeast, vanilla, lactose, and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and pretty refreshing to drink with the mellowly acidic/tangy/tannic/drying finish. Fantastic soft /silky feel, not overly lactic. Amazing balance of super juicy/jammy berries, vanilla, and Lacto complexity; with a great lactose and wheat/malt backbone against acidity for the ABV. Light residual sweetness with lingering dryness. A highly amazing offering, and top tier style example.
