500 ml bottle into tulip glass, bottled in 9/2016. Pours slightly hazy pale golden straw color with a small dense white head with solid retention, that reduces to nothing eventually. No lacing, some clinging bubbles and streaming carbonation. Aromas of big juicy/tart/tangy peaches, fruit skin/fuzz/pits, lemon, lime, pear, apricot, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, and white bread; with light peppercorn, musty/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of peaches, fruity/acidic yeast, and light-moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big juicy/tart/tangy peaches, fruit skin/fuzz/pits, lemon, lime, pear, apricot, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, and white bread; with light peppercorn, musty/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tart/sourness, fruit tang, and light spiciness on the finish. Lingering note of sour/tart/tangy peaches, fruit skin/fuzz/pits, lemon, lime, pear, apricot, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, peppercorn, musty/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of peaches, fruity/acidic yeast, and light-moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with a nice malt/tart/sourness and tangy fruit balance; with minimal puckering flavors lingering after the finish. Moderate increasing dryness from lingering tart/sourness and tangy fruit. Medium carbonation and light body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/grainy/acidic/tangy, and fairly crisp balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.5%. Overall this is an awesome fruited Berliner weisse. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of peaches, fruity/acidic yeast, and light-moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and fairly crisp/refreshing to drink with the modestly acidic/tangy/drying finish; not overly lactic. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Awesome balance of juicy peaches and Lacto complexity; with a solid pale/wheat malt backbone against acidity. Zero residual sweetness with crisp acidic dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and impressive style example as expected.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy very light gold with a hint of a peach hue and minimal head. Aroma has a good amount of yogurt and tart peach with some earthy wheat supporting. Flavor has a sour peach yogurt note with some earthy wheat underlying.
