Can to tulip.
Appearance: hazy burnt orange with a one finger white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: mangoes in front, subtle papaya, pineapple and lime further underneath, clean biscuity malts
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas nicely to a fair bittersweet hoppy contour; subtle aftertaste of mangoes & papayas
Texture: medium bodied, more of a sipper; structured hop abrasion, but not overbearing; finishes clean with the tropical fruitiness
Overall: a very nicely done NEDIPA I would have again.

Can (3/9/20) pour. Appearance is opaque orange juice with decent sparkle, finger-width off-white head with excellent retention and beautiful lacing. Aroma is grape and citrus and milder pineapple and grains and, weirdly, whiff of italian herbs. Taste is strong juicy citrus with pineapple and light coconut--I get the Pina Colada comment. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with thick texture, average carbonation, mildest of alcohol warmth and juicy finish as taste. Overall, this is not only a fine representative of the style but is almost flawless. Could be a bit more complex and aroma as strong as taste, but this is really delicious.

Can from Holiday Market. Pours a clearish orange gold with a finger of white foam that dissipates. Orange juicy nose with honeydew melon, pine and light peppery notes underneath. Light on the palate and easy drinking considering the abv. Pithy citrus, pineapple and light durian notes...a touch of young kiwi as well. Finishes quick and light. Very good.

Love the pilsner malt. Super light and crisp.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 3/25/2019. Pours very hazy deep golden amber/light orange color with a 1 finger dense and fluffy off white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice dense spotty foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, coconut, red apple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, citrus peel/rind, cedar, mint, light peppercorn/pine, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/fairly earthy hops and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, coconut, red apple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, citrus peel/rind, cedar, mint, light peppercorn/pine, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, coconut, red apple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, citrus peel/rind, cedar, mint, light peppercorn/pine, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/fairly earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and no hop astringency after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/silky/bready/grainy, fairly sticky, and lightly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 8.2%. Overall this is a fantastic NEDIPA. All around outstanding complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/fairly earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink for the ABV, with the mellowly bitter/resinous/drying finish; nicely soft feel. Fantastic Sabro, Mosaic, Centennial profile. Extremely juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank/earthy hops; with a great balanced bready oat/pils/Vienna malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and outstanding style example as expected.
