Copper pour, with a small white head. Czech style pils? This looks like an amber ale. Wet. Paper, and light, wet cereals. Next to no hops, this is basically a slightly malty amber ale. Czech style pils?! I don't get it.

16 ounce can into lager glass, canned on 5/17/2018. Pours slightly hazy deep golden amber color with a 1 finger fairly dense and rocky off white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big cracker, white bread dough, toasted biscuit, light honey/nuttiness, pepper, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Very nice aromas with bready malts and light-moderate earthy hop notes; with great strength. Taste of big cracker, white bread dough, toasted biscuit, light honey/nuttiness, pepper, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate herbal, floral, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of cracker, white bread dough, toasted biscuit, light honey/nuttiness, pepper, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice robustness and balance of bready malts and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Very clean on lager flavors, with minimal fruity/yeasty notes present. Light-moderate increasing dryness from bitterness/carbonation. Medium-plus carbonation and body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready/grainy, and fairly crisp/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5%. Overall this is a very nice Czech pilsner. All around nice robustness and balance of bready malts and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; very smooth and pretty crisp/refreshing to drink with the mellowly bitter/drying finish. Felt a bit maltier than expected, but a nice style example. Very clean/rich Pils/Munich malts; with nice noble hop presence/balance; minimal residual sweetness from lingering dryness. A very enjoyable offering.
