A juicy blend of Mosaic and Idaho 7 hops provide a huge tropical aroma reminiscent of pineapple and mango. Brewed with rye and oats for a smooth mouthfeel and co-fermented with a funky wild yeast and classic farmhouse yeast.

Can at Black Christmas 2018
Cloudy golden colour. Nice farmhouse aroma, and fruity. The flavour is a similar blend of farmhouse character and juice.
Very good.

16 oz. can, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma seems a bit oxidized, with earthy hops, light pine, and biscuity malt. Flavour is much fresher, with piney hops, earthy notes and citrus tang. Doesn't seem that vibrant, but it's juicily citrusy. Good.

During Black Christmas 2018. Hazy blonde. Candied citruses wit lots of grapefruit. Maybe old but still quite good.

16 ounce can into tulip glass; no can dating, but was just released. Pours fairly hazy deep golden amber/light orange color with a 2 finger dense and rocky off white head with amazing retention and reduces to a large cap that lasts. Thick soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, red apple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berries, citrus peel/rind, peppercorn, pine, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, honey, rye, and white bread dough; with light notes of banana, clove, musty funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/spicy/light funky yeast, citrus/fruity/tropical hops and moderate rye/bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, red apple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berries, citrus peel/rind, peppercorn, pine, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, honey, rye, and white bread dough; with light notes of banana, clove, musty funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, grassy bitterness; and peppery yeast/rye spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, red apple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berries, citrus peel/rind, peppercorn, pine, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, honey, rye, white bread dough, light banana/clove/funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy/light funky yeast, citrus/fruity/tropical hops and moderate rye/bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness and yeast/rye spiciness balance; with minimal lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from bitterness and yeast/rye spiciness. Medium-plus carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready, and fairly sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Light lingering resins/rinds after the finish. Mildly increasing warmth of 9.1% after the finish. Overall this is an awesome Belgian DIPA! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy/light funky yeast, citrus/fruity/tropical hops and moderate rye/bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink for the ABV with the modestly bitter/spicy/drying finish, not overly aggressive. Great Mosaic/Idaho 7 showcase. Awesome juicy and fairly dank/earthy hops, with balanced Saison/Brett yeast complexity; nice bready rye/oat/malt backbone, with minimal residual sweetness from lingering bitter/spicy dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and spot on style example as expected.
