Pours very hazy deep golden amber color with a 1 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass. Aromas of big grapefruit, tangerine, orange juice, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, gooseberry, blueberry, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, white bread dough, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of huge grapefruit, tangerine, orange juice, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, gooseberry, blueberry, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, white bread dough, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Very mild pine, zesty, herbal, grassy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, orange juice, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, gooseberry, blueberry, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt flavors; with a solid malt/bitterness balance, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Slightly increasing from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy, and slightly sticky mouthfeel that is fantastic. Minimal warming alcohol for 6.1%. Overall this is a fantastic NEIPA! All around outstanding complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the minimally bitter/drying finish. Spot on soft feel. Amazing Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy profile as expected. Extremely juicy and slightly dank hops; perfect wheat/oat/malt balance, mild lingering sweetness and increasing dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and spot on style example. They really nailed this for their first attempt at the style.
