Can from Holiday Market. Pours a hazy, glowing neon straw gold with a finger of creamy head that lingers. Lovely pineapple aromas with citrus, mango and apricot notes. More of the same on the palate. Nice dry finish, no hop burn or unpleasant flavors. Solid NEIPA.

12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 6/28/2018. Pours moderately hazy/cloudy deep golden amber color with a 1 finger fairly dense off white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Nice spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big tangerine, orange juice, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, gooseberry, blueberry, grapefruit, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, biscuit dough, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tangerine, orange juice, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, gooseberry, blueberry, grapefruit, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, biscuit dough, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Very mild pine, zesty, herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, orange juice, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, gooseberry, blueberry, grapefruit, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, biscuit dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with a nice malt/bitterness balance, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, bready/grainy, and lightly sticky mouthfeel that is great. Slight resins lingering after the finish. Zero warming alcohol for 7%. Overall this is a fantastic NEIPA! All around outstanding complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the mildly bitter/drying finish. Awesomely soft feel. Wonderful Mosaic and Cryo Citra/Simcoe profile. Super juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank hop complexity; perfect wheat/oat/malt balance, mild residual sweetness. A highly enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.
