12 ounce can from Woodman's Appleton, 6/27/21. Clear gold, large white head, good retention. Aroma of grapefruit, dank, lemon. Taste is lemon, grapefruit, pinapple, resin. Mild biterness, juicy. Nice, and with some old school vibes.

12oz can. Somehow Rev still hasn't figured out that adding dextrose to their beers makes them kind of suck. Sugary and sweet. The hops are resinous and rather brutal, not what I associate with Centennial. Diesely onion/garlic aroma and taste. Quite harsh. Bad beer.

Aromas are kind of nice slightly resin dominated but also some fruit citrus what grain and pale malt. Flavors are like nose the resin comes on much more strong and leaves out a lot of the balancing fruit. Seems to be fairly fresh. Good body but a very long bitter finish not one of them my favorite revolutions not bad but not a favorite.

12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 5/15/2018. Pours slightly hazy medium golden amber color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy off white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice dense foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pineapple, citrus peel/rind, light pepper, pine, lightly toasted biscuit, light honey/caramel, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/piney hops and moderate bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pineapple, citrus peel/rind, light pepper, pine, lightly toasted biscuit, light honey/caramel, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pineapple, citrus peel/rind, pepper, pine, lightly toasted biscuit, light honey/caramel, and herbal, floral, grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/piney hops and moderate bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/sticky, and fairly crisp/resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 7%. Overall this is an excellent IPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/piney hops and moderate bready malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and easy to drink with the modestly bitter/drying finish, not overly aggressive. Spot on Centennial showcase. Very juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank/earthy balanced hop complexity; nice bready malt backbone, with minimal residual sweetness. A very enjoyable offering as expected with the rest of the series.
