12 ounce can into tulip glass; no can dating, but is a recent release. Pours fairly hazy medium golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of lightly tart/tangy peaches, lemon, lime, pear, red apple, white grape, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, grass, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/acidic yeast, peaches, and pale malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of big lightly tart/tangy peaches, lemon, pear, apple, white grape, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, grass, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Mild fruity/lactic tartness and fruit/wheat tang on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy peaches, lemon, pear, apple, white grape, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, grass, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a while. Nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, peaches, and pale malt flavors; with a nice malt/tart/tangy balance, and zero cloying/puckering flavors after the finish. Slightly increasing dryness from tang/tartness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy, and lightly acidic/tangy balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.2%. Overall this is a nice Berliner weisse. All around nice omplexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, peaches, and pale malt flavors; very smooth and refreshing to drink with the mildly lactic/tangy/drying finish. Very flavorful for the ABV. Very well balanced between lacto/yeast, peaches, and wheat/pale malt flavors. Not nearly as sour/lactic as I hoped for; but this was really enjoyable, and a nice style example.

Can. Pours a near clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sweet peach with a light tartness and a hint of yogurt. Flavor is similar with sweet and tart citrus with sweet wheat and yougurt supporting.
