Sampled at zbf 2018. Thnx for sharing, everyone! Pours unclear copper brown. No real head. Smell is sweet. Mild oak. Taste is sweet. Full, whisky, mild oak. Diacetyl, (very intense). Not great... 28/04/2018 – 10cl glass shared with an international ratebeer crew @ZBF2018 Dark brown, small head. Nose is roast, hint of citrus, sweet alcohol. Taste is sweet alcohol, dark malts, bit roast, caramel, creamy.

Bottle. Hazy brown color with white head. Aroma is chocolate, belgian yeasts, raisins, whisky. Taste is sweet, whisky. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Ok.Earlier Rating: 4/25/2017 Total Score: 3.5Bottle. Hazy brown color with tan head. Aroma is smoked tea, fruit esters. Taste is smoked tea, fruit esters, caramel, butter, a bit vanilla and whisky. Sweet. Medium carbonation. Nice, but too sweet for me to be a winner.

F: thin, tan, not long lasting. C: brown, hazy. A: malty, bit vinous, bit whisky, citrus, caramel, fruity, red berries. T: malty, vaguely fruity, bit vinous, bit mineral, chocolate, molasses, medium to full body, lower carbonation, not bad at all but aroma is more promising than taste, sample draft shared with Germany and BE RB crew @ ZBF 2018.

Hazy dark amber to brown, lasting frothy, tan head; some lacing. Intense aroma of ripe peach & banana, peated malt, raisin, fruit liqueur, roasted malt, some caramel. It tastes medium to heavy caramel-like sweet and light roasted bitter, a bit peaty & fruity. Dry, hoppy finish, a bit peppery, with warming whisky alcohol which remains relatively well hidden. Full body, creamy/syrupy texture, soft carbonation. On the sweet side, but enough peat & hops to balance it out. Good stuff!

Thank you for sharing RB People! Sampled draft @ ZBF 2018. Amber orange, small white head. Nose is strangely oily dark fruit BE syrup & alcoholic plain whisky. Taste is sweet fruit syrup, dark fruit BE , sweet varnish, citrus peel infuse, thick molasses, sugar, very sweet, interesting sticky BE sugar, syrup, faint citrus. By far their best beer so far in my opinion. Earlier Rating: 4/25/2017 Total Score: 3.3Thank you for sharing German speaking RB Crew! Sampled bottled @ ZBF 2017.Amber brown, almost no head. Nose is sweet mocha, buttersotch, caramel, faint cheap ice cream,... Nose is far better than the taste. Taste is mocha, far too BE in a poor way, plastic, alcohol, messy, corn, bay, leaf, mess,... Body is plastic, bay leaf,... Unfitting poor BE character ruins it.

Clear dark brown beer, creamy beige head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: malty, sweet, caramel, alcohol, bit sugary, soft roast, some chocolate. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sweet, sugary, malty, caramel, alcohol, little bitter, some chocolate. Clear purple brown beer, small creamy beige head, dissipates immediately. Aroma: sweet, caramel, vanilla, dried fruits, bit roasted, lots of alcohol. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: very sweet start, sugary, alcohol, soft roast, caramel, some banana. Aftertaste: more ripe banana, little bitter, caramel, milk chocolate. Very decent quad! Love the soft roast touch in it. Breaks up the sweetness.
