We took an easy-going wheat ale and infused it with a carefully measured portion of “peachness.” Perfect as an outdoor sipper or a slugger, it’s hard to beat this beer’s porch appeal!

Now made with real peaches.

16 ounce can into pint glass, canned on 4/7/2017. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy golden orange/amber color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy off white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big juicy apricots, peach, pineapple, pear, wheat, cracker, toasted biscuit, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance of bready malt, apricots, and moderate earthy hop notes; with great strength. Taste of big juicy apricots, peach, pineapple, pear, wheat, cracker, toasted biscuit, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate herbal/spicy bitterness and slight fruit tartness on the finish. Lingering notes of apricot, peach, pineapple, pear, wheat, cracker, toasted biscuit, herbal, grass, pepper, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great robustness and balance of bready malt, apricots, and moderate earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and zero cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Light-moderate dryness from lingering bitterness, increasing through the glass. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp, and bready/grainy/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 6.6%. Overall this is a great fruit wheat beer! All around great robustness and balance of bready malt, apricots, and moderate earthy hop flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink. Pretty much perfectly balanced between fruit and wheat beer flavors. Just a tad on the bitter side for the style, but I have no complaints otherwise. Very authentic fruit flavors. A very enjoyable offering.
