500ml bottle from the co-op $2.99 good deal. Pours out a pale golden no head. Nose is spice nutmeg apple and a sweetness. Taste is more of the apple with a over ripe touch and a nice little spice blend. I like it.

Bottle that I found in my parent’s fridge. Pours with a clear golden hued body with a bit of a white ring. Aromas are of gingersnaps, maple, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and maybe a bit of clove. Something slightly musty, mulled apple cider aromas. Flavors are slightly tart, some tannin, musty spices, dry cinnamon, nutmeg, clove (or something with eugenol). Warm feeling, pleasant level of spice, with some strong apple acidity left over to let you know that you are actually still drinking cider (unlike a lot of commonly available sticky sweet ciders). Medium carbonation, moderate to low sweetness, dry finish.

Bottle from Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours light gold with a transient white head. Aroma is definitely spice - predominantly cinnamon. Near med body. Flavor is predominantly cinnamon. Gave me a bit of shudder at first quaff - seems a bit sweet tart. Moves on to apple skins and the cinnamon seems to be a permanent fixture. Pretty tasty.
