Sample at brewpub - clear gold beer - surprising for a wheat beer with honey - very light and crisp, with a surprisingly crisp and hoppy finish - whereas most ales with honey are overly sweet, this is nicely balanced, with just a touch of honey character to it - moderately floral - clean, crisp finish, with some floral, mildly spicy hops - nothing terribly complex, but quite balanced and approachable - will probably be their big seller once they expand.
