Fat på Malmö brygghus. Serverad väl kall och upplevs därför kanske lite karaktärslös. Ganska frön smakbild med mycket gröna syrliga äpplen, stram citrus. Syran finns där men är ganska mjuk och det är snarare torrheten och beskan som stramar upp smaken. Lite funk finns också. Lite starkare än flaskvatianten men känns snarare tunnare. Gott men inte normal Boon-klass.

On tap at Både&. An unclear orange coloured beer with a minimal sized off-white head. There's lots of funk on the nose, with barnyard, leathery notes, lemon and some hay. It's sour, tart and sort of smooth on the palate, with lots of funky flavors. Leather, barnyard, hay and lemon, with a touch of bread and grass. Lasting finish. Nice, quenching and tasteful. Far from extreme, but sure nice. 180914

Keg at Six Degrees North, Abz. It pours clear rich golden with just a touch of white head. The aroma is musty, funky, barnyard, wet leaves, chamomile, apple skin, juicy pear, candied citrus and oak. The taste is firmly dry, tart, vinous, apple skin, good mouth - pucker, hay, damp leaves, grape skin, gooseberry, oak, light tannin and citrus peel with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Good depth of flavour and also balance. Moreish.

On tap at Beer Culture, pours a cloudy orange with a small white head. Nose reveals light-to-moderate barnyard funk, with some citrus, champagne and leather. Flavour is along the same lines, with tangy citrus, light barnyard funk, and some leather. Tangy and only lightly funk. A very laid back gueuze in terms of the usual funk and depth, but it's still very pleasant.

27/7/2018. Draught at Mig & Ølsnedkeren, Aarhus. Pours golden amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, fruit, bubble gum and malt and light salt. Light sweetness, moderate bitterness and sour. Moderate body, oily texture, soft carbonation.
