Bottle at BrewMaster’s Craft Beer Festival. Pours a hazy gold with small white head. The aroma is a strong Granny Smith apple and oak. Thin body, tart apple, pear, light dry finish, good.

Not so bad although it smells and tastes a little too much like a green Jolly Rancher. Flavor’s also a little more sweet than tart. Not my thing, but I could see how some people could like it.

Pint Can left over from the holiday guests. A vigorous pour produces a large pillow top of white head atop a pale yellow color. The aroma is definitely green apple, a little of the traditional cider yeast, slightly musty. The taste is sweeter than expected, green apple flavor is actually pretty fresh and bright. Some yeast. Overall it’s decent.

Apple and savory, with rubbery accents. Clear champagne, no visible carbonation. Tangy apple, still with savory overtones, fairly well balanced. Light body, easy carbonation. Very sessionable.
