Can from Half Time. Unclear yellow, fizzy head and no lace. Aroma is quite tart and fruity. Citrus zest and apricot flesh. Quite a lot of salinity. Tart flavor. Certainly not a subtle gose, and probably a bit too much carbonation, but still, it’s a good beer.

12 ounce can into tulip glass; no can dating, but is a recent release. Pours fairly hazy pale straw/yellow color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with god retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass. Aromas of big tart/tangy apricot, peach, mango, melon, plum, lemon, lime, green apple, white grape, sea salt, coriander, wheat, cracker, bread dough, hay, grass, light lacto funk/pepper, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/acidic yeast, apricots, salt/spice, and moderate bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tart/tangy apricot, peach, mango, melon, plum, lemon, lime, green apple, white grape, sea salt, coriander, wheat, cracker, bread dough, hay, grass, light lacto funk/pepper, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness; with light yeast spiciness and fruit tang on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy apricot, peach, mango, melon, plum, lemon, lime, green apple, white grape, sea salt, coriander, wheat, cracker, bread dough, hay, grass, light lacto funk/pepper, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, apricots, salt/spice, and moderate bready malt flavors; with an awesome malt/tartness balance, and zero puckering flavors after the finish. Light-moderate dryness from tartness and carbonation, increasing through the glass. medium-high carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp, bready/grainy/acidic, and lightly saline balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.5%. Overall this is an awesome fruited Gose style. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, apricots, salt/spice, and moderate bready malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the balanced tart/lactic/drying finish. Outstanding balance between fruit, Lacto, and malts; pleasant salinity/spice without going overboard. A really enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.

From a can. Huge fruity aroma of apricot… light hints of sour. Big time apricot flavor, very ripe and juicy. The sour end is moderate and really goes well with the fruitiness. Refreshing.

Can at share. Pale yellow, relatively flat. Big fruity nose, taste too. Kind of tart. Nice apricot flavors. Lingers for quite awhile.

12oz can pours out a hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is apricot notes some sour tart lemon. Taste is more of the apricot lemon tart notes.

12 oz. can, pours a hazy dull yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out considerable salt, citrus and bright apricot. Flavour is full of lacto upfront, followed by light salt, citrus and a hint of bright apricot. Lacto-dominated palate, with a citric and apricot finish. Solid.

Can from Gambrinus. Pours a clearish straw with a full 2 finger foamy head that lingers. Tart lime and faint gooseberry nose. Light apricot as it warms. Quite tart on the palate, a touch thin. Not any salt. Solid but doesn’t wow.

Can. Pours quite hazy pale golden, medium creamy off-white head, dissipates slowly, nice lacing. Aroma is apricots, sea air, skins. Flavor is medium tart, light plus salty, stonefruit. Light body, super high carbonation. Not really doing it for me.

Can from Salud. Cloudy orange color, white head, see pic please. Aroma of earthy stone fruit. Taste is a nice balance among earthy tart and fruity apricot jam. Delicious.
