Let's face it - we all like to put labels on things. It just makes us feel more comfortable. What assumptions have people made about you based on your race, religion, gender, the way you dress, or even the beer you drink? We did in fact label this beer for your convenience. It has a fresh tartness, a twist of salt and a balanced fruitiness of apricot - apparently a complete reflection of your personality. We hope you like what this label says about you?

Can 35,5 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque yellow with a lacing and almost chemically white head. Massive lactic tartness in the nose leaving little room for any apricot notes. Light body, super dry and tart with some fruit notes coming through now - but as always it's a hard fight battling the tartness. 181217

Can. Turner's, Sheffield. Dark straw colour. Moderate haze. Thick and foamy white head settles to a ring of glossy bubbles. Nose has a lactic twang. Some of that kettle sour type, pissy dampness. A bit briney. Light on the fruit. More of an orange or lime thing going on, than there is apricot. Taste is dry, and citric sour. Some light salinity. Clean, crisp and drying on the tongue. Foamy, bright carbonation. Pretty sour, citric finish.

Sample during FleischNacht Teil 3 on 08/16/2017. The beer is a hazy pale golden color with a medium fizzy white head that burns away steadily to a film. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of tart apricot, yeast and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of apricot, salty citrus, yeast and bready malt. The finish is sweet-tart apricot and yeast. Decent overall.

Can from the Woodland Nugget. Pours light gold with a slight white head. Salt is in the air. Aroma is more salt than apricot for me. Med body or so. Flavor is salt, something funk/earth and apricot. Not sour or tart or bretty or ... Just seems a bit funk for me. Dry. Salty. Not all that fruity.
