375 ml bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 5/1/2015. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy deep golden yellow color with a 2-3 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Spotty foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Aromas of lemon, pear, apple, white grape, light banana, pepper, clove, wheat, cracker, herbal, straw, grass, and yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/spicy/earthy yeast and moderate pale malt notes; with good strength. Taste of lemon, pear, apple, white grape, light banana, pepper, clove, wheat, cracker, herbal, straw, grass, and yeast earthiness. Good amount of earthy yeast spice and slight tartness after the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, pear, apple, white grape, light banana, pepper, clove, wheat, cracker, herbal, straw, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy/earthy yeast and moderate pale malt flavors; with a nice malt/spiciness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium bodied; with a very smooth, crisp, and lightly sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish as expected of 5%. Overall this is a very nice session saison style. All around good robustness, complexity, and balance of fruity/spicy/earthy yeast and moderate pale malt flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

On draught at the taproom. The beer pours a hazy orange-golden color with a medium bright white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of fruit, yeast and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of herbal yeast, citrus and biscuit malt. The finish is fruity up front with an earthy yeast aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
