Pours pale and clear. It has a floral, apple, and alcohol aroma. It is indeed quite dry with an apple flavor that has just a hint of sweetness. It’s crisp with a clean, dry finish. Very good.

Excellent. Great sweet/tart apple complexity with herbal/floral/light lemon notes. Crisp/dry finish; slight lingering acidity. Great balance
