Our first pear hard cider, Grizzly melds soft notes of pear & prickly pear cactus balanced with a sharp apple finish with a hint of elderflower. No bears were harmed in the making of this product.

From a can at the RB DC gathering on January 7, 2018.it is a clear effervescent slight golden color with a feint white head. The Aroma is of pear and apple. The taste is sweet apple with after taste of pear

From a can at the RB DC gathering on January 7, 2018. Pours a clear pale gold with a feint white head. Aroma of pear and apple. Flavors are moderately sweet. Finish is sweet but thin.

Very nice. Balanced sweet/tart pears; honey/floral/berry/light spice. Semisweet/lightly drying. Very refreshing/flavorful. Nice complexity.
