Single can from 604. Stemless wine glass @home. Foamy, clear, pale gold. Soft dessert pear, pineapple, light acid, chalk. Pear sweetness, white sugar, mellow apple, malic acid, very strong elderflower finish. Crispy, force carbed, syrupy soda, starchy, feels stronger than just 5%. Too sweet, too full flavored, but I did drink half the can before calling it. Would make a good mixer.

Pours clear pale yellow. It smells of sweet pears and tastes much the same. This is a sweet, straightforward perry that seems alright for what it is.

12 ounce can from Woodman's Appleton, 10/5/19. Clear amber, thin fizzy head, poor retention. Aroma of sweet pear and apple with a floral note. Taste is cactus, pear, apple. Medium bodied, juicy, semi-dry, soft carb. Decent.

Hazy. Slightly off cider aroma. Decent co2 at first. Taste is not as bad as the smell. A little ruff around the edges. Taste is a little better than my homemade stuff. Quite dry. Smell is hard to get used to. However, the flavor, not being sweet but kind of tart is not too bad. Was expecting a sweet soda pop thing but it is not.

At least the can was cool. +++ Sampled from a 12 oz can this cider poured a yellow-gold color with a small white head that faded instantly and left no lacing. The aroma was pear and band aid. The flavor was tangy pear, then dry, musty and off with a band aid note. Regrettably long finish. Medium body. Exceptionally disappointing.

12oz can pours a clear gold with a ring of head. Nose has baked pear, Riesling, a little buttery, cakey. Flavor is very simple, pears, white/yellow cake, white wine. Finishes dry.

12oz can at the January DC Ratebeer tasting. Poured a hazy yellow color with a very tiny white head, fizzy. Aroma was light pear, light apple, crisp notes. Flavor was light sweet notes, pear.
