Nice dry cider. Balanced tart/sweet apple complexity; good amount of citrus/floral/grassy hops. Very dry/crisp finish/some lingering acidity

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 6.5
On tap at Hopcat Detroit. Pours a clear mellow yellow with a bubbly white head that starts at the edges and dissipates quickly and completely. Aroma has a good amount of dry apple and a decent acidic bite. Flavor combines earthy, acidic and dry apples with a earthy finish.
