12 ounce can from Woodman's Oak Creek, 1/13/20. Clear amber, thin white head. Aroma of citrus, tannic apples, sweet cherry. Taste is sweet cherry, sweet apple a bit of lemon. Medium bodied, crisp. Nice.

From a can. Looks like a clear pale lager. First taste hides the alky content well, you'd never know it s over 6%. Above average tastiness. Good carbonation. Not real sweet. Palatable, but can't really find the cherries or the orange peel, just pretty much a decent apple cider.

Sampled on draft this cider poured a fizzy light honey color with a medium sized foamy white head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was lightly musty, phenolic and medicinal. The flavor was tangy and medicinal with tanning and faint vague fruits. Long medicinal finish. Medium body. Not good.

tap at Books & Brews in Carmel - Pours clear gold and smells of apples and to a lesser extent cherries. The flavor is sweet with apples and cherries and a little tartness. Lively palate. It's average at best.

This has got to be one of the most basic uninspired apple ciders that I have ever had. Aroma is faintly and basically apples. Flavor is likewise faintly and basically apples not much carbonation not much else. Forgettable. End of story.

Can: Clear, off-gold with a quick and audibly crackling white head. Aroma of red apple, honey, cherry. Flavour is mildly tart apple, earthy cherry. The cherry lends a nice smoothness, eases the tartness off a bit. Pretty tasty.

Awesome. Great tart/sweet apple balance/complexity with sour cherry/orange peel; crisp tart finish with lingering acidity. Medium sweetness.
