Draft. Pours yellow white head. Nose and taste of sweet apple, sugar, cinnamon. Medium body.

Sampled at the 2013 Chicago Cider Summit. Pours nearly watery with a earthy yellow hue and no head. Aroma has slightly tart apples with an underlying earthiness. Flavor has tart apple that has a growing dryness and just a hint of earthy apple in the finish.
