Keg at Lost Valley. Clear red. Aroma of sweet berries, apple skins, smoke. Taste is vanilla, tart berries. Medium bodied. Disappointing. Vanilla overly done, elderberry character just comes across as generic berries.

Sampled from a 12 oz can this cider poured a dark pink-i color with a trace soapy pink head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was strong sweet berries and a touch of vanilla. The flavor was slightly tart string sweet berries with light touches of vanilla apple and yeast. Very long berry and apple finish. Medium body. Pretty tasty.
