Delicious! Tart green/sharp/crisp apples/fruit peel/herbal/grass/yeast earth/lt pepper. Bone dry; foamy/crisp carb. Lingering acids/tannins. Easy drinking. Great fruit complexity/balance. Spot on dry cider. No harshness. Lower carb would have been better.
