Sample at City Tavern. Clear pale golden color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to a sparse outer ring. Spots of lace. Aroma of apple and mild spice. Light-bodied with flavors of mildly tart apple, spice and yeast. The finish is fruity with an apple aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2018. Pours a clear very pale straw yellow with no head whatsoever. Aroma has earthy dry apple with a touch of sweetnes and acid underlying. Flavor has sweet apple that is slightly dry in the finish with at touch of earthiness underlying.

Excellent! Tart/sharp/crisp apples; lemon/pear/fruit peel/herbal/yeast earth/lt spice. Semidry/semicrisp carb. Lt lingering acid/tannin drying. Very flavorful/refreshing. Outstanding fruit complexity/balance. Really impressive for the abv. Spot on stuff!
