Excellent! Juicy/tart red/yellow/crisp apples/fruit peel/herbal/yeast earth; lt honey/spice. Med sweetness/carb. Lt acid/tannic drying. Very flavorful/refreshing. Great fruit complexity/balance. Very bright/clean apple flavors. Spot on stuff as expected.
