Excellent! Juicy/tart/tangy/crisp pears/fruit peel/herbal/grass/yeast earth; lt honey/peppercorn. Semisweet/semicrisp carb. Fairly acid/tangy/tannic drying. No cloying/astringent. Refreshingly smooth/min warmth. Very clean/well rounded fruit complexity.
