Excellent! Juicy/tart/tangy pineapples/skin; red/green/crisp apples/fruit peel;lt pepper/herbal. Semidry/semicrisp carb. Lingering acid/tangy/tannic drying.No pucker/astringent. Smooth/refreshing/no warmth. Great balanced fruit complexity.
