Great! Tart red/green/crisp apples/fruit peel/herbal/grass;lt pepper/yeast earth. Dry/crisp carb. Lt lingering acid/tang/tannins. No astringent. Very flavorful/refreshing. Great vibrant fruit complexity. Really outstanding dry style.
