Fantastic! Tart red/green/crisp apples/fruit peel/lemon/honey/floral/herbal/yeast earth/lt spice. Semisweet/med carb. Lt acid/tannic drying. Very flavorful/refreshing. Outstanding fruit complexity/balance w honey. Very clean flavors. Wonderful stuff
