Aromas are a really nice blend of floral, apples, cherries and raspberries. Flavors are similar to nose, losing some of the floral in gaining more raspberry. A little more sweet than tart. Tasty.

Fantastic! Sour/tart/tangy cherry/raspberry/skin/seeds; red/green/crisp apples; fruit peel/honey/floral/herbal/cinnamon/lt pepper. Semidry/semicrisp carb. Lingering acid/tang/tannins. No astringent. Refreshingly smooth. Top tier hydromel as expected.
