RED is an English and Welsh semi-sweet melomel seasoned with red currants, a flavor that hearkens back to medieval years, the time of the druids. Red currants are scarce, so RED will be available for a limited time. In keeping with olde centuries Welsh tradition, it’s named for it’s color.

Pairs with fish, rabbit and other wylde game, pheasant, duck, and other poultry, lamb, pork, cheese, and good company.
