Made from honey, black currants, blueberries, and black raspberries. A delicious and juicy berry combination with a slightly tart finish.

The flavor is bold enough to pair with any meal, dark chocolates, or with a cheese plate.

Please note, we intend to fix the GSW and add the missing punctuation.

Very nice. Lightly tart black/rasp/blueberry/currant/skin/red grape/orange/floral/brown sugar/honey/lt herbal. Sweet/med body finish. Slight acidic/tannic drying, no cloying. Min warmth. Not as rich/jammy as expected, well balanced honey/fruit complexity.

Bottle. Thanks to CLW/CLT. Still-deep red. A-berries. Ok, currants, some earthy. T-sweet berries, some wood, slight alcohol.

Courtesy of Sparky. Pours rosy red with ruby red hues here and there. The aroma is sugary sweet heading into honey goodness and a blueberry dark currant sort of mix. The taste starts sweet and rich with smooth honey and then gets into more and more near tart berry notes. Nice stuff. It ends a little dry and almost red wine like.
