White Magick of the Sun is our Voodoo-ized version of a classic Belgian White Ale. This spiced wheat ale is fermented with our proprietary Belgian yeast, then conditioned on coriander, juniper berries, orange peel and a unique peppercorn blend, resulting in a spice-forward interpretation of a time-honored classic.

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle poured into a weizen glass. Hazy golden with small bright white head. Aroma is spice (mostly pepper), medium body, medium carbonation, and some small-bubble lacing. Taste is big pepper, some coriander, some orange, and hints of juniper. Pretty heavily spiced, interesting beer.

Grabbed a few random ticks from grocery. Muddled dirty orange pour small sudsy head. Nose is spice amd Belgian yeast. Tastes of loads of white pepper, some yeast, orange peel, some berry, and grass. A little all over the place. Spice lingers on finish.

Bottle. Pours hazy orange with a large creamy white head that lats a long time and leaves nice lacing. Aroma is dusty, belgian yeast, fresh mowed field grass, coriander. Flavor is light sweet, little bitterness, tons of Belgian yeast esters, clove, coriander. Way high carbonation - let it breath a bit before drinking. Not bad, but not really my think either.
