Bottle. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a spicy wheaty fruity citrus aroma with some weak hints of yeast. Sweetish wheat malty spicy yeasty citrus flavor with inhs of coriander. Has a sweetish spicy wheat malty citrus and coriander finish.

22oz bottle-pours a big white head and hazy orange/yellow color with small floaties. Aroma is pepper, some clove, coriander, wheat, fruit, yeast. Taste is pepper, tangy orange zest, some sweet grain/wheat, herbal. An interesting beer that grew on me as I got further into it. One suggestion: do 12 oz bottles or with 22’s I suggest a swirl to get the solids evenly distributed. Thanks jwc215 for picking this one out.

Cloudy golden amber coloured body with a thin white head and a tiny bit of bubbles rising from the bottom. Aroma of coriander seed, curacao, wheat and a bunch of honey. Medium-bodied; Strong assertive maltie/wheatie flavours tucked into the coriander seed and curacao freshness. Aftertaste shows a bit of the wit, but also a bit lost in transition. Overall, a good beer - not showing enough good characteristics to make it a ’must try’, but good to sample for me, none-the-less. I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from Ramsey Liquors in Ramsey, New Jersey on 19-January-2009, sampled on the Eastern Shore of Virginia on 28-February-2009.
