Keg at World of Beer Middleton, 8/18/18. Clear pink. Aroma of ginger, eucalyptus, menthol, honey, vanilla. Taste is ginger, eucalyptus, mint, honey, menthol. Medium bodied, very medicinal.

Sample at the tasting room. Clear pink color with a minimal pinkish-white head that decent legs on the glass. Floral aroma with ginger and honey notes. Medium body with flavors of mildly spicy ginger, honey and botanicals. The finish is slightly peppery with a ginger aftertaste. Above average overall.

Bottle. Strong ginger, hibiscus and honey aroma with a hint of pepper. Light pink with light effervescence. Moderately sweet honey, hibiscus, and ginger flavor. Nice body - interesting. Ginger not nearly as prominent in the flavor as the aroma.

Sampled at the meadery this mead poured a orange-peach color. The aroma was sweet with strong ginger and white pepper. The flavor was strong ginger, white pepper and bread. Long finish with lingering ginger. Medium body. Solid.

Bottle: Rosy pink, clear and bubbly with a tiny,soapy, white head. Aroma is floral, ginger, light berry. Taste is light and sweet. Honey, hibiscus, ginger....cocktail cherry. Nice one....really tasty.
