Can. Pours a clear hydrated pee with no head whatsoever but fizzy carbonation. Aroma has bitter earthy lemon rind and a bit of sweet honey underlying. Flavor has sweet honey with a bit strong earthy lemon rind growing through the finish.

Bottle pour tasting. Nose of lemon rind and white wine. Tastes of tart lemons, zest, grassy, buttery Chardonnay. Crisp and not overly sweet.

Great! Medium sweetness; big tart lemon/citruspeel/orange/floral/earthy spice. Tart/drying finish. Light lingering acidity. Crisp/refreshing
