While these varieties normally produce a dry finish, Trifecta’s grapes are crushed with blackberries, dark cherries and black rasperries then fermented with our starthistle-basswood, spring and autumn wildflower honeys. Complex, well balanced, grape forward with a sweet fruity finish.

Bottle thanks to my mom! Pours a very dark purplish red with no head whatsoever. Aroma is full of rich raspberries and blackberries with a hint of sweet honey underlying. Flavor starts with sweet and slightly dry honey with a growing dark raspberry note and a bit of dry red wine in the finish.
