Great Scott! Doc had spent years developing the Baklavorian with one goal: to travel through time. Powered by a walnut-based plutonium reactor and Doc’s unique flux capacitor constructed from layers of honey and phyllo, it only needed to reach a speed of 88 mph to transcend time. Only one problem: Marty McMead is stuck in the past and all the walnuts were used up. Will he be able to generate the 1.21 gigawatts of power needed to get him BAKLAVA TO THE FUTURE?

Poured a dark golden color. The aroma was caramel, vanilla, phyllo and walnut. The flavor was caramel, vanilla, honey, phyllo and walnut. Long finish. Moderately full bodied.

Keg at 8th Street Ale Haus. Clear golden, moderate legs. Aroma of nuts, honey, 🍯, maple, vanilla, hint of citrus. Taste is raisin, honey, vanilla, citrus, nuts. Medium bodied, still.
