The cider from Domaine du Verger is produced from 100% apple juice. All the apples are harvested 90% from Brittany (bitter-sweet) region and 10% from Normandy (bitter). The pink coloration is natural from the adjunction of a specific variety of apple with red flesh named : Baya Marisa.

Very nice. Tart red/green/crisp apples/fruit peel/honey/herbal/floral/cork/yeast earth/lt funk. Sweet/med+ carb. Lt acidic/tannin drying. Great fruit/yeast complexity. Pretty smooth. A bit too sweet, but not cloying. Very enjoyable.
